운항으로 증명하는 책임 있는 선박관리

1. 「중대재해 처벌 등에 관한 법률」을 포함한 국내·국제 안전보건 관련 법령에 따른 경영책임자의 의무를 성실히 이행하고, 안전보건관리체계를 효과적으로 구축·운영한다. The Company fulfills the CEO's obligations for safety and health in accordance with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and other applicable safety and health laws, and effectively establishes and operates the safety and health management system.
2. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM Code, ISPS Code 요구사항과 관련 국내·국제 법규 및 규정을 준수하며, 이행 상황을 정기적으로 점검·관리한다. The Company complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, as well as applicable national and international laws and regulations, and regularly monitors and manages its compliance status.
3. PSC, 선급(Class), 기국(Flag) 등 대외 검사·평가 요구사항을 충족하기 위하여 결함(Deficiency)·출항정지(Detention) 예방 활동을 수행하고, 반복·중대 결함 근절을 위한 사전 점검, 원인분석, 시정·예방조치를 지속한다. To meet external inspection and assessment requirements such as PSC, Class and Flag, the Company conducts deficiency and detention prevention activities and continuously implements pre-inspections, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to eliminate repeat and serious deficiencies.
4. 육·해상 무사고, 무재해, 환경 보호(Zero spill) 및 PSC 출항정지(Detention) Zero를 목표로 관리 기준을 제정하고, 전 직원의 철저한 준수를 통하여 안전보건·품질·환경 경영 시스템 목표를 달성한다. Management standards are established to achieve zero incidents, zero injuries, environmental protection (zero spill) and Zero Detention both onboard and ashore, and all employees achieve the safety, health, quality and environmental management system objectives through strict compliance.
5. 외부·내부 이슈, 이해관계자 요구사항, 시스템 적용범위를 고려하여 리스크와 기회를 결정하고 경영 목표를 수립·시행·유지한다. Considering internal/external issues, stakeholder requirements and the scope of the systems, the Company determines risks and opportunities and establishes, implements and maintains objectives.
6. 근로자 및 그 대표의 협의와 참여를 보장하며, 시스템의 수립·실행·유지 및 지속적 개선에 필요한 자원, 역량(적격성), 인식, 의사소통을 제공하고 관련 사항을 문서화된 정보로 유지한다. Consultation and participation of workers and their representatives are ensured, and the resources, competence, awareness and communication necessary for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the systems are provided and maintained as documented information.
7. 근로환경 위험요인을 파악·제거하고 안전보건 리스크를 감소시켜 상해 및 사고성 재해 예방 활동을 지속한다. The Company identifies and eliminates workplace hazards and reduces safety and health risks through continuous activities to prevent injuries and incidents.
8. 비상 상황에 대비하고 대응하기 위한 프로세스를 수립·실행·유지한다. A process is established, implemented and maintained for preparing for and responding to emergencies.
9. 시스템의 적절성·충분성·효과성을 보장하기 위해 계획된 주기로 검토하고 지속적으로 개선한다. Reviews are conducted at planned intervals to ensure the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the systems and to drive continual improvement.

1. 회사는 상습적인 마약 사용자나 알코올 남용자가 육상 및 해상 경영에 종사하는 것을 엄격히 금지하며, 회사의 어떠한 공식 또는 비공식 업무도 부여하지 않는다. It is the company's policy that habitual drug users or alcohol abusers are strictly prohibited from engaging in any operations, whether ashore or afloat. Such individuals will not be assigned any scheduled or unscheduled duties for the company.
2. 이 방침은 회사에서 관리하는 선박에 승선하거나 방문하는 모든 사람에게 적용되며, OCIMF의 선박에서의 마약 및 알코올 관리 지침에 명시된 원칙을 준수한다. This policy applies to all personnel who sail on or visit company-managed ships. It aligns with the principles outlined in the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) Guidelines for the Control of Drugs and Alcohol Aboard Ships.
3. 적법하지 않은 마약의 오용 또는 불법적이거나 처방되지 않은 약물의 사용, 소지, 배포, 판매는 승선 중이나 상륙 중에 엄격히 금지된다. The misuse of legitimate drugs or the use, possession, distribution, or sale of illicit or non-prescribed controlled drugs on board ship or by crew members on shore leave is totally prohibited.
4. 유효기간이 지난 마약 성분이 포함된 약품은 허가된 육상 기관에 인계되어야 하며, 인계 확인을 위해 서명 및 날짜가 기재된 증빙 서류를 반드시 확보해야 한다. Expired controlled drugs must be handed over to authorized onshore agencies with appropriate documentation. A signed and dated receipt must be obtained to confirm the transfer.
5. 선상 혈중 알코올 농도(BAC)는 0.03%를 초과해서는 안 된다. 또한, 아래의 경우에는 음주가 엄격히 금지된다. The blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level onboard must not exceed 0.03%. Additionally, alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the following circumstances.
   • 입/출항 4시간 전으로부터 종료 시까지 From 4 hours before entering or leaving port to finish.
   • 항해/정박당직 중 While the watch at sea and in port.
   • 당직 및 작업 4시간 전으로부터 종료 시까지 From 4 hours before watch and/or regular work to finish.
   • 화물작업 및 하역준비작업 중 During the cargo working or preparing for cargo loading and discharging.
6. 작업 시간 중 및 계획된 작업 4시간 전 음주는 금지된다. 이는 선원이 작업 전 혈중 알코올 농도가 이론적으로 0임을 유지하도록 보장하기 위함이다. Alcohol consumption is prohibited during work and within 4 hours prior to any scheduled work period. This ensures that seafarers maintain a theoretical BAC of zero before duty.
7. 채용 전 알코올 테스트에서 기준을 충족하지 못한 자는 회사가 관리하는 선박에 승선할 수 없다. Any individual who fails a pre-employment alcohol test must not be permitted to join a company-managed vessel.
8. 회사는 고용 전 마약 테스트를 통하여 불법적인 마약을 사용하는 자, 또는 이를 최근에 사용한 기록이 있는 자, 또는 처방된 마약을 남용한 자를 식별하여 고용대상에서 제외한다. Through a pre-employment drug test, the company identifies those who use illegal drugs, have a recent record of using them, or abuse prescribed drugs, and excludes them from employment.
9. 선박에 승선하는 해상직원은 회사의 마약 및 알코올 통제정책에 동의하고 서명해야 한다. Everyone who is to sign the company vessels must sign to agree to the company drug and alcohol control policy prior to joining ship.
10. 이 방침을 위반하거나 회사에서 지시한 마약 또는 알코올 검사를 거부하거나 요구된 샘플 제공을 거부한 선원은 즉시 해고되며, 필요 시 관계 당국에 인계되어 기소될 수 있다. Any crew member who violates this policy, refuses to take a drug or alcohol test, or declines to provide a required sample as directed by the company will face immediate dismissal. If necessary, they will also be turned over to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.
11. 모든 인원은 불법 마약 소지가 특정 국가에서 사형을 초래할 수 있다는 점을 명심해야 한다. All personnel are reminded that possession of illegal drugs can lead to severe legal consequences, including the death penalty, in certain jurisdictions.

For the observance of the above Corporate Policy, the Company:

1. 윤리경영 지침을 제정/개정한다. Establish and amend the Guideline for Ethical Management, and
2. 윤리경영관련 신고/제보 처리지침을 제정/개정한다. Establish and amend the Guideline for Report Treatment on the Ethical Management.
